On Site RV Parking Accommodations

• Please install Java (www.java.com) to view these pictures Reservations for on site RV Parking will be accepted beginning on June 15th, 2008.  To make a reservation, fill out the RV Reservation Form (Microsoft Word) or the RV Reservation Form (Adobe Reader).
   
• Limited RV locations will be available on site at the Crowne Plaza.
   
• There are no electrical or water hook-ups available.

1. Pre–registered RV's may be parked on site in the designated area beginning noon Sunday May 10^th, 2009.
    
2. Weekly RV parking $25/day ($ 175/week).  Refunds will be made only when requested prior to April 10^th, 2009.
    
3. RV's must vacate by Sunday May 17^th at 11 am
    
4. Only pre–registered vehicles will be allowed overnight parking in the designated areas.
    
5. All RV’s must be self-contained.
    
6. Pumping service will be available mid-week for an additional cost.
    
7. There is a local noise code restriction on Generators – Generators may only be operated – 7am – 9pm
    
8. Absolutely no parking will be allowed on any grass area of the hotel except in the pre–registered RV area.
    
9. No open fires or "pit" fires allowed
    
10. Reservation deadline for RV parking - April 10^th, 2009, or until limit is reached.
